We believe real value deserves to be uncovered, and every investor deserves to understand and reach it.

Pend links real value to the people who should reach it — retail investors and institutions alike — starting in Egypt.

Why we started Pend

It started when we realised digital investment is becoming accessible to retail as wealth shifts toward millennials and new generations. A new investing culture can help people save for the future in a way that fits them. But products are multiplying, and it is hard to identify what fits your values. Investing requires conviction and long-term planning — historically reserved for institutions. New users often get lost or fail to deploy their savings in a way that fits their needs, mandates, and values. We have been working on how to uncover real value and make it accessible for retail investors and institutions through technology. Products change, technology changes — there is a need for an assistant system that helps people navigate. Pend was started for one reason: uncovering real value and linking it to the users who should reach it.

Why the timing is right

The timing has never been more right. Over the last five years, the need grows by the day. More opportunities are getting organised and becoming investable. Real value needs channels; new generations need clarity before they deploy. That is the gap Pend exists to close.

A win-win-win model

Investors win by investing in what they value and understand. Businesses and asset managers win by finding liquidity and serious counterparties. The economy wins when money and value circulate instead of sitting idle. Everyone does better when real value is visible, verified, and reachable.

Six disciplines, one system

How Pend uncovers real value and makes it accessible — from intelligence to deployment.

  • Intelligence: Full market and on-ground intelligence, turned into plain-language understanding investors can evaluate.
  • Building: Building channels, profiles, and infrastructure so real value can move from insight to structured opportunity.
  • Verifying: On-ground verification before value reaches investors — documents, sources, and facts you can check yourself.
  • Structuring: Structuring opportunities and deployment paths so investors can trust the channel, not just the story.
  • Matching: Matching supply — real value and investable opportunities — with demand — mandate, values, and readiness.
  • Telling: Explaining every opportunity fully in the investor's language — feed stories, deal rooms, and Ask Pend.
